ACTNOW
ACTNow works to educate, elevate, and empower marginalized communities in need by increasing access to resources and opportunities. Their programming includes the 'Education for Liberation,' program, Sin Límites, and much more! Through community partnerships and collaboration with organizations like Period.OKC, the organization is able to connect community members with educational resources, essential items such as food, clothing, and menstrual products. Additionally, ACTNow provides an annual scholarship for Latinx students, through the Tomas Rivera Educational Empowerment Conference hosted at the University of Oklahoma, by fundraising and collecting donations directly from community members within Oklahoma City.
