Autism Map Maker is a Deaf Autistic resource center and bridge school serving Deaf Autistic children and their families across south-central Oklahoma. Founded in 2025 and led by a Hard of Hearing AuDHD educator AMM works from one principle: modify the environment, not the child. Since January 2026, the school has run a fully ASL-based, year-round program — proof of concept now serving three enrolled students — built on language access, nervous-system regulation, and the right to participate fully in both Deaf and hearing worlds.
